This document (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between Game Time Budgeting, LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company (“GTB”) and you, a user (“you” or “your”) of one of Game Time’s products (e.g., Game On Financial Fitness Virtual Experience).
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY CLICKING ANY “ACCEPT” BUTTON ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME TIME BUDGETING PRODUCT TO WHICH THIS AGREEMENT RELATES.
Non-Transferability. Your right to enroll and take the Course is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information is not transferable. You shall not solicit, sell, offer, redeem, or otherwise provide or transfer the Course to any person or entity.
Our Commitment to Privacy. GTB recognizes its responsibility to treat with care the information it collects about individuals and institutions involved in financial education and to respect their privacy relative to sensitive data concerning them. Your use of the GTB Web site and participation in GTB applications and surveys signifies your understanding of the GTB privacy notice and consent to the collection and use of your information as designated below.
What Information We Collect and How We Use It. It is important for you to know that in order to ensure that our customers get the very best service and the highest quality products, GTB, at times, may collect demographic (e.g., name, address, email) and biographical information. This information comes either directly from you or your program application. Gathering this information helps us to identify our customers and manage our customer relationships. It also assists us in the development of products and services to meet the continuing needs of our customers.

As part of GTB applications, programs, and surveys, we collect certain personal information to provide you with the services requested and to engage in research for specific, defined purposes. Access to collected data is restricted to only those GTB staff members who require the access for specific purposes, such as providing services to you or performing research. Messages that you send to us by e-mail may not be secure. We recommend that you do not send any confidential information to us by e-mail. If you choose to send confidential information to us via e-mail, you accept the risk that a third party may intercept this information.

By enrolling in the Course, you signify your acceptance of the terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Course. Your continued enrollment in the Course following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes
